⚜️ Refunds

Should you find an error or issue with your order after it is delivered, please contact us via email at order@christinascoffee.us within 7 calendar days after delivery so that we can remedy the situation.

Please keep in my mind our printing partners may use different equipment and supplies. Also, some of our clothing items, such as leggings and shorts, are actually sewn together by hand once your order is placed. As a result, you may see some a minor design, pattern, or color discrepancies from the digital photo in the listing. This is completely normal and would not be considered damaged or manufacturer errors.

Exceptions to Refund policy:

  • Seasonal items 
  • Consumable items
  • Due to hygiene concerns, face masks
  • Initial or Return Shipping Costs
  • Items that are being returned that have visible signs of wear or use, not in original product packaging, or missing tags

Unfortunately, at this time we do not accept exchanges.

⚜️ Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, timing is of the essence! An order may be cancelled up to 8 p.m. CST of the business day placed. Any orders placed over the weekend may be cancelled up to 8 p.m. CST on the next business day. After 8 p.m. CST each business day, orders are automatically sent to production.

If there is still time to cancel your order, a full refund will be processed. Unfortunately, cancellations are not possible if your order has entered the production process or has been shipped. At that point, the refund policy applies.

⚜️ Lost or Undelivered Packages 

In the event that your order becomes lost, we ask that you wait until 7 business days have passed from the posted or expected delivery date. During that time, please contact your mail provider for status. Please send an email for assistance to: order@christinascoffee.us

 ⚜ Shipping

We offer free shipping on $60 orders. All coffee is roasted to order so that you receive the freshest cup once it's delivered. Shipping of ground coffee and merchandise will be completed 3-5 business days of ordering. We ship to the continental U.S., the territories, and military boxes. Please allow for extra delivery times for holiday and weekend orders. We use USPS and Fedex for our orders and tracking numbers are issued as soon as orders are shipped.
